A delicious homemade limoncello liqueur made with fresh lemons, Lime, sugar, and Greek Raki - a non-sweet clear spirit produced from the pulp of the grape that remains after wine is made.
Raki dates back to Ancient Greece and is a popular drink in many parts of Greece, though you will find it is especially common on the island of Crete, and also on the Cycladic islands.
Combined with Lemons, it turns into a beautiful sweet liqueur, without any added colors or preservatives that is perfect when enjoyed chilled on warm summer nights. It is also great in cocktails, and can even be used in baking!
