Greek Honey Of Chestnut

A dark honey with a distinct heavy aroma and slightly bitter aftertaste very nutritious and especially rich in potassium, magnesium, manganese and barium. The source is a mixture of nectar from Castaneasativa, the Greek chestnut and honeydew from the aphids parasitic Myzocalliscastanicolla.

It should be mentioned that there are years when the blooms alongside linden (Tiliacordata) and other years when flowering and blackberry, and honey produced is suitable for the gods, a flavor and an aroma that is not forgotten!
